How to Order a Custom Gig Bag
Arte Salazar custom gig bags are created especially for your guitar or unique instrument. Our gig bags are handmade in Chicago with extremely durable materials and solid construction.
Ordering a custom bag:
1. Size -- Email us! We'll ask for your guitar or instrument "make and model" and overall dimensions.
2. Materials -- You pick the material combination from our examples, or from the downloadable PDF "Fabric Options" file.
3. Cost -- If the gig bag style or size is different from those shown on this site, we will send a quote via email.
4. Payment -- Half the cost of the gig bag is due initially. You will receive a PayPal invoice via email. When the bag is complete, you will receive an invoice for the second payment, including shipping costs.
5. Shipping -- Custom bags generally take 3-4 weeks to construct. Rush orders are possible, please inquire. We ship UPS ground, unless otherwise specified.
6. Satisfaction -- Enjoy your new gig bag! Fit and quality are our business. If you are not completely satisfied with the bag, please send it back to us within 30 days for your money back. Excludes shipping costs.
